Most of us think about the mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes and the turkey at Thanksgiving. For Chef Curtiss, it’s the condiments. It’s the little things that get added to the table next to the turkey.
One of Chef Curtiss’ favorite French dishes is Leek and Ham Gratiner. He says the flavors of caramelized leeks wrapped in white ham and baked in cheese infused in cream makes a great holiday side-dish.
