Walt Disney World is full of thrilling attractions, spectacular shows, and world-class restaurants. Across the Walt Disney World Resort, you can find an array of dining experiences.
Quick service dining offers delicious snacks and faster dining. Table service restaurants offer relaxed and often themed experiences, including character dining at locations like Cinderella’s Royal Table and The Crystal Palace. You can also find signature dining experiences offering elegance at locations like California Grill, set atop Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
Beginning in January 2024, you can enjoy Walt Disney World restaurants in a whole new way with the returning Disney Dining Plans. Available plans include the Disney Dining Plan and the Quick Service Dining Plan. Both plans can currently be added to Walt Disney World reservations scheduled for January 9, 2024, or later.
However, what most people don’t know is that Walt Disney World is home to many secret dining locations. These restaurants are home to unsuspecting delights tucked into the corners of the Disney parks and resorts. So today at DisneyDining.com, we’re going to let you in on all the secret Disney dining locations.
Tucked away in Animal Kingdom’s Asia, you can find our first secret Disney dining location. Mr. Kamal’s is a smaller restaurant located right across from Caravan Road. This restaurant may be easy to miss, but the bold flavors of Mr. Kamal’s Seasoned Fries and their Chicken Dumplings are not to be missed!
To find this signature dining location, you’ll have to look up. No, really. This restaurant is an upstairs dining location, the France pavilion in EPCOT’s World Showcase. This restaurant offers a prix fixe menu featuring elegant French cuisine and requires an advanced dining reservation. Reservations can be made online or through the My Disney Experience app.
Adventureland Spring Roll Cart
The Adventureland Spring Roll Cart may be one of the most hidden Disney dining locations. It’s so secret that you usually won’t find it on a Disney park map. You can find this cart in Magic Kingdom, just before you enter Adventureland. The cart is located on the right-hand sign as you walk toward the Adventureland sign. Keep your eyes out because it’s not always open, but when it is, it offers unique flavors like pizza and cheeseburger spring rolls.
Disney Springs is home to a large selection of wonderful restaurants offering everything from quick service to fine dining. If you head to The Landing, you’ll find Enzo’s Hideaway, a 1920s-inspired speakeasy, hidden down the stairs across from Pizza Ponte. Grab a dining reservation to enjoy the fun atmosphere and great food here.
The Smiling Crocodile
If we head back to Animal Kingdom, we’ll find one more restaurant hiding in Discovery Island. This location is small but mighty. Dine on delightful street tacos, offered with pulled pork or chicken. Or try out the delicious Street Corn Tacos, only found here at The Smiling Crocodile. Keep your eyes on the menu because this restaurant has been known to offer seasonal menu items.
The Front Porch
Have you heard of The Front Porch at Disney Springs? We wouldn’t be surprised if you never have. This restaurant flies under the radar for most guests, but it should be on your list to try. Located right between the House of Blues Restaurant and Concert Venue, you’ll find this fun lounge. This is a great spot for some Smokehouse Nachos or a signature cocktail.
This restaurant isn’t very hidden, but it’s definitely not as known as it should be. Fairfax Fare sits on Sunset Boulevard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This quick service restaurant is easy to overlook but offers unique and delicious menu options. If you haven’t visited, stop by to try one of their mashed potato bowls topped with everything from barbecued beef brisket to bacon macaroni and cheese. They even have soba noodle bowls, offering a delightful plant-based entree.
Tiffins Restaurant offers an elegant Animal Kingdom dining experience. You’ll find this restaurant in Discovery Island, next to Nomad lounge, which shares a menu with Tiffins. Both locations offer delicious meals and unique dining atmospheres. If you’re visiting Tiffins, we recommend a dining reservation, but a walk-up list is also offered.
Oasis Sweets and Sips
If you blink, you may just miss this awesome snack spot in EPCOT’s Morocco pavilion. Oasis Sweets and Sips is located next to Spice Road Table and offers big flavors. Don’t miss out on the delightful Moroccan pastries and the Frozen Citrus-Promegranate Slushy. Guests over 21 can add Absolute Mandarin Vodka to the slushy for a refreshing twist.
