After a globe-trotting culinary journey, Chef Tal Caspi, previously at Aviv, is making a triumphant return to Portland with his latest plant-based culinary venture, TAL. The much-anticipated pop-up will be hosted at Labyrinth Forge Brewery, located at 61 SE Yamhill St, the iconic former home of Hair of the Dog Brewery.

Chef Caspi, with a wealth of culinary experiences worldwide, is bringing his passion for plant-based cuisine back to the city where his culinary career blossomed.
TAL will be open six days a week, from 5-8pm, welcoming patrons every day except Monday. This innovative pop-up promises a unique dining adventure, showcasing Chef Caspi’s dedication to crafting inventive plant-based dishes appealing to both vegans and non-vegans.
